Imphal, January 04 2014 : The Handicapped Welfare Month (Louis Braille Day) observance organized by Handicapped Development (HD) Foundation since December 3 ended today.

The closing ceremony of the month-long observance was held at the premises of HD Foundation at Sagolband Tera Sayang Pukhri Mapal here with Dr Ch Rupachandra Singh, P Gopendro Singh and Dr S Jasowanta Sing, who are respectively the chairman, vice-chairman and secretary general of the Foundation, as Presidium Members.
