Jiribam, June 03 2019: The United Tribal Liberation Army (James) Group has congratulated Dr Lorho S Pfoze on winning the lone MP SeatofOuter Manipur Parliamentary Constituency.

A press release issued by K Benjamin Singson, chairman UTLA (J ) stated that the tribal peoples were treated like an orphans in Hills district of Manipur in general and Jiri-Tamenglong Zone in particular for around ten years during the Congress tenure as MP in Outer Manipur.

Expressing hope that the new MP will change the political scenarios in the said location, the chairman requested Dr Lorho to give importance to the tribal's living in Jiribam district.

Benjamin further appealed the MP to prevent the tribal's from the policies which can destroy their land in the said district permanently.
