Imphal, October 29 2015:
In connection with the death of Kumari Tongbram Mayarani Devi, d/o T Doren Singh and T(O) Chaoba Devi of Chandapur Mayai Leikai, infuriated locals set the suspect's house on fire today.
Though the suspect, who is a minor, was arrested and sent to juvenile home, the authority concerned is yet to solve the case.
Frustrated over the negligence of the authority concerned, the deceased mother reportedly tried to commit suicide.
It may be noted that locals have dismantled the suspect's house in the past.
