Imphal, November 26 2013: Imphal West district police commandos arrested one active member of PREPAK and an active member of UNLF from Mongsangei Leikai and Heirangoithong respectively on Nov 25 .

A statement issued by Imphal West SP identified the PREPAK activist as SS 2nd Lt Sougrakpam Ibotombi alias Sudan (36) s/o (L) H Khema of Mongsangei Maning Leikai while identifying the UNLF man as Thounaojam Bachan Singh alias Achouba (30) s/o (L) Th Loken of Heirangoithong.

One 7.66 mm pistol with one magazine and one live ammunition and one mobile phone were seized from the possession of Sougrakpam Ibotombi alias Sudan and one Chinese hand grenade was seized from Th Bachan alias Achouba, the police statement said.
