VDF Welfare Association extends financial help

Bishnupur, August 21 2019: Bishnupur District Village Defence Force (VDF) Welfare Association handover a sum of Rs 1 lakh to the wife of (L) Oinam Sobhachandra Singh of Leimapokpam Awang Leikai through SP Hopson Sapam.

(L) Oinam Sobhachandra Singh was posted at Reserve line Chothe under the SP.

Speaking to media persons, President VDF Welfare Association L Deban informed that the said amount was donated from the fund reserved for VDF personnel contributed after deducting their Ration money each month.
