Imphal, May 17 2022: As did every year, the Joint Administrative Council (JAC) of AMTUC and AMGEO, Manipur observed 'Black Day' on Tuesday at its office located at state veterinary office complex, Sanjenthong here.

Different problems faced by employees working under the state government were also discussed during the observance participated by employees of various departments, workers and pensioners.
