Imphal, October 12 2015: Coalition for Indigenes' Rights Campaign (CIRCA), Manipur has urged all concerned to organise demonstrations, painting competition, debate, symposium etc on Oct 15 against the merger agreement.

At the same time, CIRCA organised discussion programme on pre-merger status of Manipur today as part of the month long anti-merger agreement observance programme.

The discussion programmes were held at Takhel, Nongpok Sekmai, Yairipok Laimanai, Yairipok Bamon Leikai and Lairenjam Mekola.

Pre-merger flag of Manipur was flown at half mast at the places where discussions were held.
