Imphal, April 12 2013 : Youth Congress Committee of 51-Saitu AC organised a one-day seminar cum open membership enrolment programme at Gamnom Sapermeina Community Hall on April 11 .

The programme was graced by Y Rohosho, VP, MPYC; Sunita Devi, GS, MPYC; Thanglet Baite, President of Outer LYC; Lamminthang Haokip, president 59-Saikot AYC; Dr Ch Narendra Singh, Advocate of Gauhati HC and L Chandra Kumar Singh, Advocate and Chairman of Legal and HR dept, MPCC.

Around 50 youths of the area participated in the programme, a statement informed.
