TNAL condemns torching of excavator

Ukhrul, December 10 2021: Tangkhul Naga Aze Longphang (TNAL) has strongly condemned the torching of an excavator (Poclain) by unknown miscreants at a spot between Makan village and K Ashang Khullen village on the night of December 6 .

"We appeal to all concerned not to repeat such acts that would be detrimental to developmental works," TNZL chairman Shomi Angkang stated in a statement on Friday.

It is learnt that the excavator was engaged in the ongoing construction of the road from K Ashang Khullen Ato to Chungtek village under PMGSY scheme.
