Imphal, August 10, 2012: The 38 Assam Rifles of 27 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of "Red Shield Division" conduct a Medical Camp at Tuikumullum village, under Thanlon Sub-Division of Churachandpur District today, a PIB (DW) press release stated.

It further stated that the village which is located in a remote of CCpur lacks basic Medical facilitie.

Apart from providing medical assistance and free medicines, the Medical Officer, Assam Rifles also educated the villagers on basic hygiene and other important health related issues.
