Attack on MLA condemned

Imphal, February 08 2014 : Eastern Scheduled Caste Students' Union, Andro has strongly condemned the assassination attempt on Th Shyamkishore, MLA of Andro A/C by unidentified gunmen while he was going to attend a marriage ceremony at Koirengei on February 7 .

In a press release, the union appealed to all concerned not to repeat such act in future.

Andro Khunou Nungyungbi Youth Club has also condemned in the strongest term the attack on the MLA and urged the concerned authority to investigate into the matter at the earliest.
