Sit-in staged against attempt to arrest Korounganba

Jiribam, December 07 2024: Large number of women staged a sit-in protest in front of Congress Bhawan, Jiribam on Saturday against any attempt to arrest Arambai Tenggol leader Korounganba Khuman and AT members.

During the protest, the agitators chanted slogans and placards such as 'No arrest of AT leader Korounganba and AT members', 'No arrest of village volunteers', 'Withdraw the case filed by NIA against Korounganba', 'End the ongoing conflict in Manipur' and 'No division of Manipur' .
