Bishnupur, November 05 2016: Over 1100 villagers under Saiton Gram Panchayat were distributed Belladonna 200 tablets as a preventive measure against JE today, our correspondent reports.

Yesterday, a 40 year old man of Saiton Gram Panchayat tested positive for JE.

A team led by Bishnupur District CMO and DMO conducted fogging along with distribution of Belladonna tablets at various places under the GP as preventive measure.

Saiton GP Pradhan Soibam Samungou, Ward Members and volunteers of ASHA took part in the fogging and tablet distribution process.
