Tengnoupal, January 05 2020: Under the supervision of Manipur State Legal Services Authority, Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Secretary of District Legal Services Authority Chandel, Lamkholal Kipgen opened a Legal Aid Clinic at Tengnoupal District Headquarters on Saturday.

As part of the opening ceremony, a one-day legal awareness programme was also held at Loikhom VLF Office Tengnoupal.

Social worker, H Thangboi; Advocates P Tolen and RK Mohendro also attended the programme.
