Source: Chronicle News Service
Imphal, June 01 2022:
Oil tankers and LPG tankers have stopped transportation of petroleum products into the state since May 27 while pressing their demand for some relaxation in toll tax.
All Manipur Petroleum Product Drivers' Association had a joint meeting with the CAF&PD minister and the MAHUD minister in this regard on Tuesday during which the ministers assured of placing their demand before the chief minister.
The association, however, said that they will continue their cease work strike until they get a clear response from the government.
