Imphal, August 27 2013: The proscribed RPF/PLA has refuted any connection whatsoever between the outfit and Tensubam Inaobi Meitei alias Laiba (36) s/o T Ibohanbi of Kangngu Chingjin Mayai Leikai and Khengenbam Jiban alias Pumima alias Nanao (3 0) s/o Kh Meekhu of Chalou Mamang Leikai who were reportedly arrested by Imphal East commandos from a spot between Sanj enbam and Thumbi Chingkhong at around 8.40 am of August 23, conveyed a press release issued by the outfit's department of publicity chief Bangkim.
