IPAK extends Ningol Chakkouba wishes

Imphal, October 24 2019: Indigenous People's Association of Kangleipak (IPAK) has wished the people of the State, especially the Ningols, on the auspicious occasion of Ningol Chakkouba festival.

A press release issued by IPAK vice president expressed disappointment over the current debate regarding the day of observation of Ningol Chakkouba.

It appealed the State Govt to declare the auspicious day a holiday and further appealed to all private firms to make the day a holiday.
