Thoubal, March 24 2018: District and Session Judge, Salam Imocha opened two legal literacy clubs at KM Blooming Higher Secondary School, Khangabok and Martin Grammar English School, Kakching today.

Organised by District Legal Services Authority, Thoubal, an awareness programme on fundamental duty and child marriage.

CJM, Thoubal, A Shanta Devi and other law experts were present at the ceremony.
