Imphal, October 20 2016: Education and Transport Minister Dr Kh Ratankumar has launched the official website of Relief Centre for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons, Manipur at Babupara today. Dr Kh Ratankumar said that people irrespective of all the differences should respect and love one another.

Differently abled persons should not be discouraged by things they could not do.

Instead, they should be proud of what they can do despite various shortcomings.

"One of the best examples is the life of world- renowned theoretical physicist Stephen Hawkins.

He never let his shortcomings overcome his ability to do what million of people cannot do.

Every individual is different.

What matters is how we keep off our mind healthy in order to achieve our goals," Dr Kh Ratankumar said.
