MOMA 'refreshes' HCWs, police

Imphal, May 20 2021: After Manipur Organic Mission Agency (MOMA) procured watermelons from local farmers of various districts where they previously faced the problems of selling their produces, MOMA distributed the juicy fruit to frontline warriors of Covid-19 pandemic including healthcare workers (HWCs) and police personnel to honour their tireless service.

A team led by MOMA project director K Devadutta Sharma handed over the fresh watermelons along with other edibles to Imphal police station, Singjamei police station, Lamphel police station and Porompat police station, police personnel stationed at different junctions and health care workers including doctors of RIMS and JNIMS on Thursday.
