Thoubal, June 16 2021: District Legal Services Authority, Thoubal under the aegis of Manipur State Legal Services Authority organised a one day 'Online Capacity Building Programme for Para Legal Volunteers of Thoubal on Wednesday.

The programme had keynote address delivered by District & Sessions Judge and District Legal Services Authority, Thoubal chairman Binny Ngangom on the topic 'Interventive steps to be taken by Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs) in the event of apprehension of Child in Conflict with Law (CCL)'.

It was also participated by Legal Aid Clinic coordinators and PLVs under District Legal Services Authority, Thoubal.
