Imphal, December 12 2012: A debating competition was organised by the Manipur Police Training College, Pangei at Banquet Hall of 1st MR yesterday under the aegis of the National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi and Manipur Police dept.

Held on the motion 'Human Rights should Prevail over National interest in all Circumstances' the debating competition was attended by officers and men of the police dept wherein 28 debaters from different units of the Police dept spoke for and against the motion, informed a statement issued by P Doungel, Director of MPTC.
