Kangpokpi, December 10 2017: As part of its drive against drug abuse in Champhai area, women wings of Keithelmanbi village on Thursday disposed and burned over 400 litres of liquor seized during their routine frisking of vehicles along National Highway 2 .

Speaking to media persons, Hatnu Kipgen, secretary of the women wing said that the drive was enforced to save the youth of the region .

Saying similar drive will continue, she asked for cooperation and support from the people of Champhai.
