Debala's "Tengthakhol" released

Imphal, September 07 2021:
"Tengthakhol", an anthology of poems penned by Phurailatpam ongbi Debala has been released in a simple function held at Phurailatpam Mandap in Brahmapur Aribam Leikai on Tuesday.
The book releasing function was attended by Theatre Centre Manipur president Naba Wareppa (Padmashree), Sangeet Natak Akademi awardee Sougrakpam Hemanta, Kshetri Jugindro (NSD) and writer Ranjit Ningthouja as presidium members.
Speaking on the occasion, Debala informed that the central theme of the poetry book is the emotions experienced by parents who have lost their children.
The 131-page book includes a total of 111 poems, she added.
