Imphal, April 07 2015 : The Students Union of Lilong Higher Secondary Madrassa (SULHSM) has sent a strike notice with reference to the memorandum submitted Education Minister of Manipur on March 20, 2015 .

A press release issued by SULHSM General Secretary, Rahul Khan said that the Union has been waiting eagerly for the official cancellation of the transfer order of the Madrassa's Head Master, Th Budhagopal as assured by Education Minister of Manipur in a meeting held on March 26.Since Minister's assurance has not be fulfilled till date, SULHSM said that they are compelled to launch agitations on a broader scale.
