Imphal, June 04 2014:
The Joint Action Committee and civil organisations held a meeting in regards to the brutal death of Monika from Thoubal Achouba Bamom Leirak on March 13, 2014 .
Expressing disatisfaction to the State Government for the delayed actions, the civil organisations and JAC appealed the Government and the Police Department to frame a chargesheet and bring the culprits to light.
The statement also added that it will resort to all forms of agitations if the Government fails to take up a stringent steps.
