Grace Academy observes 5th foundation day

Thoubal, October 02 2018: On completion of its 5 years, Grace Academy School, Yairipok KekruMathak Leikai, Thoubal district has celebrated its 5th foundation day cum Teacher's Day at the community hall of Kekru Laibung today.

Lourembam Gram Panchayat Pradhan, Khoirom Sanatomba, elder of Kekru Khul, Soraisham Kala Singh, Kekru Yairi Club president, Athokpam Sunil Singh, Poiroukhongjin Junior High School Asst teacher, Khudongbam Nongthon Singh and local guardian, Soraisham Hemanta Singh attended the event as presidium members.

Speaking at the event, Pradhan Sanatomba stressed the importance of teaching moral science to the younger generations so as to lead them to the right paths.

Students of the academy performed dances, songs, recited poems and showcased other talent shows.

Teachers of the academy were also felicitated with simple gifts as tokens of encouragement during the celebration.
