Imphal, March 02 2016: Condemning the death of Tungnung Hatneikim Zou of Chothe Lamlanghupi who was found hanged to death on February 28, a protest demonstration was staged by the locals of the area at Chothe Lamlanghupi community hall, reports our correspond- ent.

A rally was organised demanding the authority con- cerned to take up necessary step in connection with the suspicious death and arrest the involved individual(s) at the earliest.

A memorandum was also submitted to the Deputy Chief Minister through the Deputy Commissioner of Bishnupur.

A JAC against the death of Hatneikim Zou was also constituted.
