MGWU condoles landslide victims

Imphal, July 01 2022: Manipur Gorkha Welfare Union (MGWU) has condoled all those who lost their fives in the tragic landslide that occurred at Makhuam village in Noney district on Wednesday night.

In a release, MGWU paid heartfelt tribute to all the departed soldiers of 107 TA Bn (11 GR), BIPL, Railway personnel and other civilians and prayed for the departed souls to rest in peace.

Further, the Union prayed for safe location of all missing people and speedy recovery of the injured and also appreciated chief minister N Biren and government officials for visiting the accident site and providing timely necessary help which helped save many lives.
