Imphal, April 30 2015 : District Health Society, Imphal East organized a one-day "Health Mela" at the Rising School and Social Athletic Club ground in Top Mayai Leikai in Imphal East on Thursday.

Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the function, Dr Puspa Rai of District Health Society, Imphal East said free ultra sound, x-ray and HIV testing facilities, and medicines were provided during the health fair.

Altogether 15 doctors and 35 medical staff including technicians took part in the health mela during which nearly 600 people were given the free facilities.
