Thoubal, October 29 2015: A public meeting was held at Yairipok Bishnunaha community hall today wherein the gathering unanimously resolved to ostracise rape accused of Yairipok Bishnunaha from the locality.

Incidentally the rape accused is reportedly a juvenile.

In a statement issued by the Bishnunaha Youth Federation, Yairipok, the rape accused has been permanently ostracised from the locality while his family members have been banished for a year by the locals.

The locals also urged the residents of Yairipok area not to provide any assistance to the rape accused.
