Noney, August 28 2022: The 49th Thanksgiving Day was celebrated today in all the Churches of Longmai village, Noney District HQ under the theme, "The first perfect seasonal foodgrains from your garden offer to God & celebrate" .

Thanksgiving cum Blessing programme of Dinganglung (Dipu) Gangmei, Chairman of HAC, Government of Manipur was also held at Longmai Part-2 .

Speaking on the occasion, Dipu Gangmei expressed his joy and gratitude to Longmai-2 Church for inviting him on the joyous occasion.

"Thanksgiving is celebrated by offering what we earn/cultivate in our fields to God", said the HAC Chairman while adding that Church leaders would hand over the offerings to the poor and needy people as festival gifts.

Thanksgiving prayer and devotional songs marked the occasion.
