Imphal, October 27 2019: MAHUD Minister Th Shyamkumar has extended his warm greetings to the people of Manipur, particularly women on the occasion of Ningol Chakkouba.

In recent years, the celebration of Ningol Chakkouba has extended to all communities of Manipur, thereby reinforcing the unity and diversity of the State, said a message of Shyamkumar.

The Minister then prayed for the festival to bring peace, communal harmony and prosperity in the State.

Coalition Against Drugs and Alcohol (CADA) also wished all the people of Manipur a "Happy Ningol Chakkouba" .

May this festival strengthen the bond of love and affection among all the communities residing in the State, said CADA.
