Imphal, September 27 2017: Governor Dr Najma Heptulla, has conveyed warm greetings and best wishes to the people of the State on the auspicious occasion of Durga Puja and Dussehra .

She stated that the festival is one of the biggest festivals for the Hindus and signifies the triumph of good over evil .

She also prayed and wished for the festival to bring peace and prosperity in the State.
