2 COVID cases detected from Tengnoupal

Tengnoupal, August 27 2020: Two new COVID cases have been detected in Tengnoupal district.

Of the two cases, one has been admitted at a COVID Care Centre opened at Moreh Hospital for treatment yesterday.

He tested positive for the novel virus on both RAT and RT-PCR test at Jivan Hospital, Kakching.

He has no travel history.

While another individual who tested positive for COVID-19 is a police personal.

He was an inmate of a quarantine centre opened at Tengnoupal High School.

He also has been admitted to Moreh's COVID Care Centre.
