Thoubal, April 26 2015 : A cultural festival organised by Representatives of Lois (ROL) Kakching for scheduled castes youth was held at Library and Information Centre, community hall, Kakching, reports our correspondent.

The event was graced by Kakching MLA Y Surchandra, Y Nilchandra, former president, ROL, Chandel DC Ksh Robert and Deputy Director, MOBC, Moirangthem Damu as the presidium members.

Various cultural performances were also showcased during the event to mark the diverse culture of the State.
