Imphal, June 25 2011: The 2nd Dr Thingnam Kishan Memorial Lecture would be held at Maharaja Bodhchandra College, Palace Compound on June 28 at 1 pm under the auspices of the Dr Thingnam Kishan Foundation.

Kumar Sanjay Singh, Associate Professor, Department of History, Swami Shardhananda College, University of Delhi would deliver a lecture on the theme "Politics of Internal Security Acts 1947-2011" .

The memorial lecture which would be moderated by Judge (retd) C Upendra would be participated by social activists and scholars from various disciplines as discussants.

The programme would also feature slide presentation of photos on Dr Kishan's life and works.
