Manipuri Diaspora condemns killing of Saloni in Delhi

The Manipuri Diaspora Assam strongly condemned the killing of Manipuri youth Saloni in Delhi.
In a press release issued by Dr.M Santi Kumar Singha, general secretary Manipuri Diaspora Assam and member of Manipuri Development Council conveyed that such inhumanly activities should be deadly condemned by all the peoples of this country.
The heinous killing & misbehavior to the peoples of NE region revealed that the human values have been decreased in the mainland India.
Moral teaching & understanding human value is the need of the hour.
The Government of India should promulgate stringent law regarding the security of NE peoples in Delhi.
The repeated attack to the people of north east people leading to the loss of life is of great concern to the psychological separation of the north eastern people with the mainstream India.
It is necessary to fight such activities by all the communities, it said.
Manipuri Diaspora Assam will not remain silent if such act of miscreants continues to the innocent peoples of NE region in near future.
India is a secular country.
So, people of north eastern India have every right to work, stay, roam & settle in any part of India for livelihood.
Manipuri Diaspora appeals the Government of Assam and India to take necessary action in this regard, it added.
