Imphal, September 20 2012: Accusing the concerned authority of keeping at bay the fund meant for civil works under SSA, the All Manipur School Management and Development Committee Association (SMDCA) has warned of taking up their case to the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NPCR) .

A statement issued by the AMSMDCA today Asserted that the delay in releasing SSA funds to the School Management and Development Committees by the Minister concerned is nothing sort of depriving rights to development to the people of the State.

The statement also strongly denounced the alleged proposal of the Education Minister to shift a residential school at Chandel headquarters to Heinoukhong under Machi block in Chandel district.
