Bishnupur, April 19 2015 : The Sangai and Education Social Development Organisation (SESDO), Bishnupur district in a statement has appealed to the department concerned to take up immediate steps to resolve the water scarcity problem in Keibu Lamjao area.

SESDO said that despite the initiation of Keibul Lamjao Water Supply Scheme, no water pipeline has been laid at Keibul Lamjao till date.

Appealing the MLA of Thanga Assembly Constituency to address the people's grievances, the statement said that rigorous agitation will be initiated in case the demand is not fulfilled at the earliest.
