Imphal, April 18 2020: Indigenous People Association of Kangleipak has appealed all concerned to include children below the age of 5 in providing relief supplies as exempting them in such trying time would be equivalent to violating the right to life.

Appealing to all concerned to refrain from increasing the price of baby foods, IPAK maintained that they will soon carry out a field survey to check selling of essentials at an exorbitant price.
