Imphal, February 16 2019: Border Area Villages Association (BAVA) has submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister N Biren Singh concerning Border Area Development Projects (BADP) yesterday.

The submitted memorandum urged the State Government for immediate release of work orders under BADP for the FY 2017-18; restoration of agency system in the implementation of BADP and reconduct aerial survey of BADP coverage area, said a statement of BAVA general secretary, Tuithing Zingkhai.
