Imphal, October 14 2024: Dead body of a Meitei man was dumped at Khurkhul Primary Health Centre (PHC) by some unidentified persons on Monday night.

The body which bore multiple bruises and wounds indicating extreme torture was dumped at the PHC at around 7.30 pm .

It is suspected that the victim might be one Johnson from Lairikyengbam Leikai.

After an inquest by a team of Forensic Science, the dead body has been deposited at RIMS mortuary.
