Imphal, December 12 2024: The East Khasi Hills police team apprehended two drug traffickers, including a woman, from Churachandpur at Umphymai under Madanriting police station in Meghalaya today.

Ten soap boxes containing heroin weighing 106.06 grams and two mobile phones were seized from their possession, said a police statement.

The two individuals have been identified as Dontanglian (39), s/o Gousian from Vengnuam, Churachandpur and Chingneilun (30) from Lungthul village, Singngat, Churachandpur.
