Imphal, October 12 2015: 20 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) organised a career counselling lecture for villagers of Larong Khunou and Larong Khullen today.

According to a statement issued by the PRO of IGAR (S), various platforms to join Armed Forces and their benefits available to the present day youth were highlighted and villagers were encouraged to motivate their children to join the elite forces.

After the lecture, the villagers interacted with the troops of Larong Post and queried about the career prospects, life in Army and different facets of security forces life.
