Imphal, February 12 2016 : The proscribed PREPAK (Pro) has appealed to all the people not to visit places where intoxicating drugs are sold/available and where unrestrained revelry including women are known to take place.

While declaring that it would be launching a drive against abuse of intoxicating substances and acts of promiscuity, a press release issued by the outfit's senior publicity officer Melei sought support from every quarter of the society to its campaign.

The proscribed outfit has also raised serious concern over the ever degrading social ethics of many sections of the contemporary Manipuri society.
