Imphal, August 10 2020: Six Congress MLAs namely Md Abdul Nasir (Lilong), Ginsuanhau (Singngat), O Lukhoi (Wangoi), Ngam-thang Haokip (Saitu-Gamphazol), P Brojen (Wangjing-Tentha) and O Henry (Wangkhei) have resigned from the membership of Manipur Legislative Assembly this evening.

They submitted their resignation letter to the Speaker citing their complete lack of trust in the leadership of O Ibobi.

It is said that they would resign from the membership of Congress party tomorrow.
