Imphal, April 09 2012: A reception ceremony to honour the newly elected MLA of Keirao A/C, Thamarjit Karam was organised at Phunal Maring playground today.

Speaking at the occasion, the MLA assured to construct a water tank at Phunal Maring, black top Pureiromba Phunal Ningthou Telheina road, construct community halls at Phunal Khunou, Phunal Khunjao-I and Phunal Khunjao-II .

Thamarjit also promised to expand the building of Phunal Maring Junior High School and construct office buildings of Students Development Organisation and local club.
