Imphal, October 08 2024: The decomposed body of an unknown male child aged about 6 to 9 years was found floating on Khuga River, about half a Kilometre east of Kumbi Makha Leikai at around 4 pm on October 7.While a suo moto case has been registered at Kumbi police station, the body has been kept at RIMS morgue for identification after completing post mortem examination today.

The deceased is around 129 cm in height, is fair complexioned and wearing a dark blue T-shirt with red colour 'Superman' logo and green half pants, said a press release issued by the OC of Kumbi police station.
