Imphal, January 08 2021: One day workshop on substance Use and welfare schemes was held at the city convention centre Palace Compound Imphal today.

Ngangom Uttam, Director Social Welfare, Prof Dr RK Lenin Head of Department Psychiatrics RIMS and Dr A Jayanta Kumar, Director state Level Coordinating agency Manipur attended the workshop as resource person member.

In the technical session, Prof Dr RK Lenin spoke on Substance use and Youth, Ng Uttam Director Social Welfare spoke on Drug policy and public participation, and Dr A Jayanta on the Role of youth and local clubs.
